I see articles popping up about Pittsburgh and how affordable it is to live there and buy a house now. I want to move there and by the time I can maybe next year people will be grabbing up all the housing. My husband and I found out about Pittsburgh through research and now the secret is out... #*$&%*

I don't want so many people finding out until we get there

Some people are angry about all the positive Pittsburgh press because they refuse to believe it.

Don't worry, there will be lots of housing available (/lots of neighborhoods to invest in/improve); keep in mind the city's population basically halved over the last 50 years or so...

Our housing prices don't increase that quickly. It's a slow, steady market. I don't see a boom coming anytime soon. There will be a house for you when you come next year.

Oh noes! The cost of housing in Pittsburgh is going up at a rate half that of inflation!

The value of my house has increased by 10 grand before I could even finish typing this sentence.
