Flip flops are for around the house and yard or maybe at a pool picnic. They aren't for walking around downtown Pittsburgh or in a business atmosphere. Talk about looking like a total slob! At least get some topsiders or something that shows you care a little. Topsiders are much more comfortable anyway.

Who died and made you Fashion King? And how soon can you pass on your title?

Topsiders are basically all I wear. Any suggestions for someone who likes Topsiders, but doesn't want to bother tying them anymore?

And don't say flip-flops. I like them even less than you do. I can't wear something between my toes.

I like it when the ladies wear the flip-flops.

As long as you're productive at work, who cares what you wear. Now, you have a presentation, client mtg., etc., different story.

Who cares what GQ thinks.

Besides, I only wear what my wife tells me to!

I don't let anyone dictate the way I dress outside of work. At work, I wear my uniform only because I should, not because anyone would care what I was wearing.

I don't like any kind of shoes you can hear, flip flops or any others.

You must hate fat people in normal shoes, or little kids in normal shoes, then.

It's more women's shoes, actually. But I've never noticed a difference between the sound of fat people v. not-as-fat people when they walk. And there are no kids where I work. Work shoes are what we're talking about, no?

I wear my flip-flops as often as I possibly can, and, yes, I've been known to wear them with jeans or cargo pants. I have gigantic feet.
