Anyone have a recommendation on a good real estate attorney in Pittsburgh? I want to use one instead of a real estate agent to purchase a home that I found on my own. I don't want to pay an agent 3% and I have all the paperwork I need (have a friend in another area of the state who is an agent and he sent me the standard forms). I just want to make sure someone reviews everything and the closing is legal and formalized. If you have used one and have a recommendation I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Is the seller willing to lower the price by 3%? The seller is the one who pays the commission to both agents, so unless they are willing to lower the sales price, there is no reason to go in without an agent. However, it is a good bargaining tactic and if they are willing to lower the price if you do not have an agent, then go for it!
