I'm sure those buildings have seen a lot of history!
Great photos. Thanks for the thread and I will never complain about my condo again, I will never complain about my condo again....
Any chance you can edit to include some of the street names/neighborhood for those of us who don't live there?

Way too much work for that. Just so you know, those of us back east don't necessarily see this type of historic density as a negative.

I really miss the old architecture of the northeast. Thanks for the great pictures. It serves as a reminder that I really need to get back closer to home even if it still is a few hours drive from my hometown in Connecticut.

Until I read this, I was considering saying something about the neat pictures. However, what's with the attitude? We don't have a lot of row houses in Denver, but we have lots of houses on tiny lots, as in some of these pictures, and lots of little duplexes, tri-plexes, and many apartment buildings. "Back east" doesn't have a corner on high density housing.

That was a reply to a specific poster and a specific comment, and I think it is really overreading it to think it was somehow making a statement about everyone who lives in the western parts of the country.

I'm not going to get in one of your p****** contests, Brian, but I felt it was snarky.

Did you read the post I was responding to? I got the feeling that she found the look and layout kind of yucky, as many from the sunbelt do. No one said there wasn't any density in the west, but the east is known for this type of look, and it's very different from California, with the notable exception of San Francisco.
