As far as RV parks there are not many. We actually stayed in our RV when we first moved here..while we looked for a place.
Mountain Top Campground in Pennsylvania ...is in Tarentum---closest one to the city I know of. But don't expect much...except great service from the owners. We were there a month in middle of winter and they let us use the bathroom in their house every day--plus helped us winterize our place. Fantastic people. But the campground only offers the basics--electricity and water/sewage.
There are other parks further north--toward Moraine State park.
