I'm guessing the shops aren't going to deal in this trend, but that is only a guess. I would dig online for such cameras. Figuring out what pawn shops or flea markets or whatever is going to be a needle in a haystack if that's the only thing you're looking for. (If, on the other hand, you go to browse anyway, maybe that'll work sometimes.)

Raubre you will get that with any digital SLR it's all after effects download photoshop or some instagram/hipstamatic applications.
Lomography makes the "diana" camera they are pricey and made of plastic.

This is a whole network of recreating old style photos using pin hole, 35MM and medium format cameras.

All those "old time effects" are just filters if you are using a 35 MM camera you are going to have to purchase each individual filter take the photo develop it then just print it with that fllter... buy a Digital SLR (or point and shoot if you dont intend on blowing up the photos and dont care about manually focusing etc.) You can then use any filter you want after taking the photo, that is what everyone does now.

if you want to actually do the leg work and not just use an app to filter your photos and you don't want to pirate or dish out the dough for photoshop you can use elements I'm sure there are all sorts of other downloads/tutorials to help you.
