my neighbors recently did this as well. Are you able to get a handicap sign issued once you hit a certain age? Or do you have to have some sort of real handicap? The guy and his wife seem to walk perfectly fine.

Appearances can be deceiving. For some people a short walk can be painful or exhausting; if a doctor gave them a handicap placard, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

Ya, I'm not giving a benefit of the doubt. Obviously, I've seen their "painful" walk and you haven't.
