21st Street downtown is open 6:30-4:30 Mon-Fri, says on their site. The Strip location is open weekends, even Sundays.

that would explain why they weren't pen, they probably hadn't gotten around to changing the posted hours yet

Could've sworn they were open Saturdays last summer till 2-ish, which was last time I would've gotten there. Guess I was wrong.

They may have been open Saturdays at first. AFAIK it's been a while though.
