eagles fans might deserve it.
I was more talking about flyers and eagles fans but I do agree phillies fans aren't too bad.

They seem to be exponentially worse than the kickyball thugs in Europe.
I'm guessing that's based on zero trips to Philadelphia and zero interaction with any of us, right?

Philly's rep is usually justified. I look at Philly as the opposite of Pittsburgh...with of course Alabama in-between us.

fans are just as bad in New York, Boston, and Chicago. The media just picks on Philadelphia.

I don't recall any NY, Chicago or Boston teams having a jail INSIDE their stadium. The Eagles are unique in that distinction.

Santa was drunk and disorderly. They weren't doing it for spits and giggles.

Curt, I somehow have the feeling you don't know Philly very well. It's a great city. You really should give it a chance. Like Pittsburgh, it's come a long way in recent years.

Sorry to ruin your fun, but there is no jail in Lincoln Financial Field.

Point still stands. The Vet had one and Lincoln was built with a 4-cell jail and hearing room for a judge. The cells were removed after a couple of years in favor of a "holding room" because of concerns about "image" along with a drop off in truly abhorrent fan behavior (which probably lends credence to the fan base complaints of the current ticket holders being "too corporate").

Yes. Eagles fans are the worst of all Philly sports fans. Sure there are some nice ones but for the most part they are obnoxious slobs.
