Point still stands. The Vet had one and Lincoln
was built with a 4-cell jail and hearing room for a judge. The cells were removed after a couple of years in favor of a "holding room" because of concerns about "image" along with a drop off in truly abhorrent fan behavior (which probably lends credence to the fan base complaints of the current ticket holders being "too corporate").
