I'd love to get your thoughts on these two school districts.

I have two small children and we hope to live here through High School....I am currently coming from a LARGE school district. My daughter's elementary school has over 1100 students and our High School has 5000 students....yes, 5000 so 'big' school districts isn't really an issue because both Pine/Richland and NA are MUCH smaller than what we're coming from.

I've reviewed the curriculum online for both school districts and they both seem to be pretty competitive. I've reviewed the courses for the high school programs for both schools and both seem to offer many AP, Honors courses, etc. Both have gifted programs, etc.

What's the reason why people choose Pine-Richland over NA or visa versa?

Thanks!

A great friend of mine went to NA. She loved it and was very successful in her music career. She did suggest NA when we were researching the area. But like you, I felt it was too big.But unlike you, my kids are coming from a very very small school (300 kids between K and 8th grade). She has great memories of her school and shares them often. Her parents still live in the area.
