What if you are ever falsely accused or dare I say framed for something though? It gives one hope that it is still possible to get away from the police state, even in this ridiculous security overreaction and Bill of Rights crushing era that we live in.

If so, I don't think that should bother anybody. They're still a person, maybe they can turn their life around with the money.

Definitely....the reward worked - even if its for greed over doing the right thing, the end result is better then not rewarding the guy
