It's the difference between the "good" and "bad" ones that kind of does it for me. Adding to that is that they are so much less expensive in areas of Ohio . . . well, it gives me the impression that they are just doing the minimum they need to do in order to retain local business. There's no reason why the Southside GE should be so bad--other than that many of the people who shop there are poor and can't get to a different place and have no other options but to put up with it.
