Two arrests in two separate incidents against cyclists in the past two weeks. now if they could find the moron who hit those doctors

it could, but a deer doesn't generally leave scraps of cloth in your windshield. and even if he missed that, i think most (sober) people can tell the difference between a deer ("or dog") flying over their hood and into their windshield and a human person. at the very least, a responsible person would stop and survey the damage and not take off in a car with severely impaired visibility.

he said he didn't stop because his license was suspended - after his 3rd DUI. all signs point to the suspended license not being the only reason he didn't stop.

I'm hoping the actor(s) that hit those doctors on Allegheny River Blvd near Washington Blvd are found. Based on the description of the vehicle that hit them, it would stand out along with the obvious damage
