Anyone know about this building over on Washington PL ?

Looks like a decent condo just dont know that area or building. Be great for hockey..if it even starts up again

I don't know anything about that building specifically, but living over a freeway adds a layer of noise you might not have anticipated. Plus the smog could be something you hate having to live with.

This is Chatham Tower in Chatham Center. I knew someone who lived there years ago and liked it for the downtown convenience. It's a bit separate from the action since it's in Chatham Center, but it was a quality building with professional tenants with a great view of the skyliine.

So I had a friend who owned a place in that building, and I used to live very close by. I really liked the area -- easy walk to Downtown, quick access to all the highways, Oakland, and South Side. I lived there when Consol was being built, and that was a bit noisy. But otherwise I had no complaints.

Unfortunately I don't have any good advice on that building in particular, other than to go and check it out. Report back if you would, because I've also seen units in that building that I thought were interesting.
