I just read the following article about a great new development in Hartford that is transforming the old Colt Firearms complex into a massive development of office space, apartment dwellings and more. Could this work in the Pittsburgh area? I know that Pittsburgh has a great manufacturing history and some of these old buildings could be put back onto the tax rolls by creating similar developments. Here is the article.

Excellent. Much better than having to let these buildings stand vacant or get demolished.
