I took a walk by the building today on my way back to work from the pirates game. I must say its really nice looking. Surprised a tech firm is buying directly, though. Don't most companies try and stay away from real estate unless its a core business for them?

As I understand it, because of the nature of their intelligence work, for security purposes they think it is important to actually own their building.
