The biggest irony is that Schenley was considered to be a "green" building when it was built.

What does this say for all the "green" buildings that are being built today? Not much.

In fact it says absolutely nothing about the green buildings being built today.

The District is selling Schenley because its enrollment has shrunk and it didn't need the space, and dealing with the asbestos in Schenley would therefore be a poor investment for the District.

In a close vote, Schenley is once again going out for bid. I wonder if PMC will be willing to up its big to $4 mill.
