As has been pointed out before, you don't know the meaning of the word acronym.

It actually hasn't been answered, at least not by you. What are the words that M, P, L, and S stand for in MPLS? What are the words that A, T, and L stand for in ATL? And what are the words that P, I, and T stand for in PIT?

Yes I see that's what he was doing now....again can't argue me on logic, so they turn into Grammar Nazis, for zings.

Color me unimpressed by the supposed superior debating skills of one whose main argument is based solely on anecdotal evidence. And for whom "branding" and abbreviations are deep stuff. Debate skills are not measured by who yells the loudest or resorts to namecalling, but by opinions changed or shaped. I have yet to see evidence that you've changed anyone's opinion, and I'd be surprised if Visit Pittsburgh would adopt a marketing campaign around "Visit Pit." frankly the whole argument that an abbreviation matters falls flat with me.

I don't understand what's "logical" about this. It all comes down to opinion, and I don't think you've done a very good job explaining how PIT can serve as a abbreviation without invoking negative imagery.

Well then Abbreviation then does that work for you. Instead of trying to be a Wise Ass how about actually arguing your point with some actual logic. Try that for a change.
