Probably not a good time to get sick enough for a hospital visit. Stay healthy or head out to the country for your hospital visit or out of state.

Glad I took care of all medical issues in the summer.

So wage hikes mean insurance premium hikes soon. Let's go Brandon.

Yeah, let’s go!

October's jobs report shows a resumption to growth: +351k jobs added
Unemployment is down to 4.6%, which is pretty remarkable after it fell dramatically last month.
September growth +312k, August growth +483k.
Employment growth has now averaged +442k over the past three months.
Household survey largely confirms the top line from the establishment survey, with employment up +359k.
The labor force grew, so this decline in unemployment is both notable, and not due to people giving up hope.
Recent employment growth hasn't just been leisure and hospitality and re-opening.
Really solid job gains across the board, with gains evident in both goods- and services sectors.
The big drop in the unemployment rate was among less educated workers
Less then high school falls .5
High school falls .4
Some college falls .1
College falls .1

The US has recovered about 80% of the jobs lost during the pandemic.

Keep getting rid of the free stuff and even more folks will get back to work, especially with the eviction moratorium finally expiring.

Son, you forgot about this pesky little thing called inflation..

Hard numbers on the number of employees who walk off their jobs — with advance notice so as not to impact patient care — are not yet available “because more and more workers sign up every day,” organizers said.

More than 700 employees signed a petition seeking “$20/hour minimum wages, affordable high-quality health care, elimination of all medical debt and respect for union rights.”

$20 per hour as a minimum wage AND elimination of all medical debt. Insane communism.

Remember the 'fight for $15', when labor advocates were demanding $15 per hour as a minimum wage?
In 2016, UPMC gave in and announced that its minimum wage would rise to $15 per hour by 2021. https://www.pghcitypaper.com/pittsbu...nt?oid=1908695

And now in 2021? They want $20 per hour as a minimum.

You can't negotiate in good faith with liberals. Its impossible. Give a liberal a cookie, and they'll bite your finger and demand a glass of milk too. Their demands never stop.

Every labor group in the nation will be doing this soon because of inflation. Of course they fail to realize that this will just create more inflation. It's the same trap the steel workers and other labor unions put the country in c. 1977 to 1981. They call it a wage-price spiral.

Like Jimmy Carter, "Joe Biden" will do nothing to tame inflation, and this time will stoke it to destroy the dollar. It would be wise to have some actual tradable currency or goods over the next few years. Though that won't cover your health insurance premium at work. Nor your school taxes when the teachers demand their wage increases.

Invest in pawn shops.

Lets just all vote for saviors like Bernie and AOC.
Then we can demand that the minimum wage be $500 per hour, and therefore EVERYONE will become millionaires, and there wont be any negative economic outcomes at all to that policy in our crackheaded utopia.
