I'm a Registered Nurse in Pittsburgh. I formally worked as a wraparound employee for Autistic children. As a nurse I work very long hours and miss out on most holidays with my family. I would really like to get back to working with the Autistic community but am unsure where to start. I'm looking to make behavior modification programs that are custom made and individualized for each family's needs. I'm not sure how to advertise or how to get clientele. Any suggestions?

Don't let my post hinder you from researching further.

I think you need a masters degree in psychology and a license to be a counselor/social worker, but an RN license might meet that criteria.

These are my gut instincts. I found the below very quickly and it's not state specific. Dig deeper to find out what Pennsylvania requires.

How to Become an Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist

If you discover you don't have the credentials, don't give up because you might be able to partner with someone who does have the credentials.

How to advertise and get clients for this (or any venture)? Network, network, network!
