Mismanagement, nepotism, corruption and neglect pretty much sums it up. It’s a shame. How did Pittsburgh avoid the Flint type PR?

FYI, I was told the flint water problem happened when they allowed Detroit to take over the municipal water supply. They stopped putting the chemicals in the water to prevent the lead pipes from poisoning the water supply. Detroit city is a good 50 miles from Flint too
