I'm training for the half-marathon and ran 13 on Saturday. The north shore riverfront trail from Millvale to the Western Penitentiary and back is exactly 13 miles...a half marathon.

I'm going to be training for the 2014 half-marathon myself and have been planning to take this route. Maybe we should all get on skateboards and let Hopes pull us around on her bike?

Only heading towards town! You'll have to get yourselves back up to Millvale!

Start out at Watt and Wylie. Go down Wylie Ave. Take a left onto Elmore St. and then a left down Webster Ave.

You need to make a right on Elmore to get to Webster.

That's not much of a run. If you take Webster down to Crawford, make a left over to Center, and back to Watt and Wylie, it is only about 2.3 miles.
