I agree with that. How could it take that long? Hell, they built the Empire State Building in one year and 45 days.

We enjoyed the Three Rivers Arts Festival on Sunday, and people were drawn to the fountain like moths to a bright light on a summer evening. There were a few dozen boats around in the rivers with people tailgating/partying, kids were having a great time splashing around, couples were having their pictures taken with the fountain and skyline behind them, etc. It was truly an awesome experience.

Do they shut off the fountain overnight, though? Saturday morning around 6:30 AM I ran from Millvale down to around Heinz Field on the North Shore Trail and didn't see the fountain operational. Are we in a drought?
