I checked the reviews online at apartment ratings. Anyone on here have good/bad experiences with them as a company?

Sterling land company manages Royal york apartments, problems in this blg include frequently malfunctioning elevators with multiple tenants been stuck in it minutes at at time, i was stuck fo 10 minutes, never get on elevator here without cellphone, because emergency phone in elevator does not work and most likely you have to call 911 yourself, i did. another problem, very noisy steam heating system.

The management really sucks. The service crew are very nice though.

They also manage The King Edward and a couple other places. We had an excellent experience with them. If Cathleen is still there she was very responsive.
