You should skip the derm and look for a surgeon.

Kimberly Rao in Hampton. I have been told that the wait for an appointment is manageable unlike some other dermatologists.

Don't go to the Neil Niren or Rebecca Caserio. There are newspaper articles about sexual harassment claims against Neil Niren. You'll likely only see a physician's assistant at Rebecca Caserio's office.

Margaret Lally in Fox Chapel is great. She only works part time. It might take a while for an appointment but she's worth the wait if you can wait.

I love my derm. Her name is Dr Diane Inserra. She has an office in Greentree and I believe she might have one in west mifflin too.
