AT&T is the best wireless carrier in the pgh area, as measured by Root Metrics: RootScore Report for Pittsburgh, PA June 2013 | RootMetrics

I can vouch for this. My fiance has all kind of issues in Penn Hills with Verizon but AT&T always works. I also had someone switch to Verizon and it went a day until he said he needed AT&T back because of Verizon problems in the North Hills (I manage the IT for a company so get phones for execs etc)

That's interesting because when we first switched to AT&T at work about 5 or 6 years ago there were some problems at first I think. But I always have good service around here, never even really think about it.
