Agreed, when it comes to potholes, I've had REALLY fast responses.

For those that have other issues not being resolved by 311, I'd suggest reaching out to your councilperson. I really enjoyed talking with Theresa Kail-Smith. They work for the people--so let them know what's on your mind.
