Can we add our CD questions to this list?

Where is a walkable new construction suburban housing plan with a vibrant cute business district?

Why aren't there sidewalks in the suburbs?

Where can I own a house on 20 acres and walk to a business district?

Where can I find a house for 50k in THE TOP RANKED school district?

Why are all of the houses under 150k old and/or outdated?

Do I need snow tires?

Do I need four wheel drive?

Why can't I find a rental that will accept my six Rottweiler's?

I've never actually asked that question about our basement, but I do marvel at the toilet's existence every time I wander down to our 'throne room'. In the words of a great Irish song writer. "It ain't why. It just is".

Buzzfeed is terrible, but question 1 is spot on. Any time I'm at a US airport or on the phone with someone not from here I get "so you're a Steelers fan huh?" I don't know anything about sports so either say "I guess" or "I don't watch sports" which brings a subsequent round of further questioning.

If there could be one city-data question it would be:

"Where can a I find a walkable, diverse, safe, crunchy granola, affordable, bike friendly, 10 feet from my job neighborhood with good schools, available transit, things to do, and ethnic restaurants with a budget of $800,000 and a zoo full of animals? BTW this is my first and last post kthxbai"

To which everyone replies, "Groundbreaking response here folks: I think Squirrel Hill and Shadyside would be a good fit".
