Be a great way to get them to play each other.

Far inferior. Even in a down year, PSU would mop the floor with those losers.

The only good thing about Pitt’s season is that Narduzzi has been especially quiet.

PSU has definitely got some issues to work out, especially with Franklin, along with whether or not he’s going to stick around or not.

Really on Narduzzi? Still a blowhard. Gets beat so bad by Notre Dame he gives up, then takes shots at them in the media.

PSU will be fine... I understand the concerns but the 2016-19 stretch was very impressive overall. A B1G title, multiple 11 win seasons, 2 big time bowl wins that the likes of Pitt would only dream of even being in.

Less of a blowhard, however. His arrogance has been knocked down many pegs, and if it wasn’t for his contract, he’s gotta know he’d be a bad memory.

It’s PSU, there’s no accepted excuse of “they’ll be fine”...and PSU has internal issues right now with Franklin allegations.

Big win for Pitt. Chance at a winning season still intact.

I have to a admit I was wrong about Pitt; they have shown much resilience and determination these past two games.
Now, Penn State is another matter; something seems very wrong in (Un) Happy Valley.
Never cared much for Franklin & think he is highly overrated. Seems to be more than a whiff of discontent and lack of trust in the coaching staff there.
At this juncture, it's obvious who the better team in PA is.

Pitt will likely finish 6-5 after the next 2 games, but going nowhere.

PSU lost 2 of its best players, including Journey Brown...and there’s certainly something going on. There’s allegations against Franklin, along with talk of him leaving for another pasture.

Look at Franklin’s 2016 - 2019: three 11 win seasons, 2 major bowl wins and a conference title. Sure this year sucks, but he has accomplished a lot here. Do any of you here think Pitt can achieve any of those, any time soon? They can’t even get to 9 wins. This aberration of a year aside, 8-9 wins is a down year for PSU, and the ceiling for Pitt.
