We need to move our two apartments into one condo, a move of about 5 blocks. Looking for recommendations for bonded/insured movers (per HOA), anyone have any recent suggestions? No Craigslist, no pods, please. Thanks in advance!

I used Steel City Movers last year and they did a good job. It was a miserably hot day and my AC wasn't working. I had a whole house full of stuff to unload from the moving van and much of it was going in the attic (three flights up). I kept the guys hydrated and gave them each a hefty tip. I think they may give a discount to Angie's List members.

James Moving & Storage--used them 3 times in past 10 yrs.
The one in Pittsburgh (not the one in McKeesport-they are not related)
4810 Wheaton Dr Pittsburgh, PA 15236.

I plan to use them for my next move also, which will hopefully be this spring.
