Don't forget bread, milk and toilet paper. A dozen loaves, a hundred rolls of paper and maybe a couple dozen gallons should cover you for a few days.

It's the same here, by the way. I had to go to the Safeway yesterday to pick up a couple things I didn't get Thursday (when I usually get groceries) which I didn't know I supposed to get. People were bat **** crazy.

There's no such thing as too many eggs.

Yep. If they start to get old, you can always throw them at the neighbor's house...

Easter Egg dye, yes. Easter eggs? Not yet. Easter's too far off and green eggs for St. Paddys just doesn't appeal. So I'm painting my eggs with lion faces. To celebrate March roaring in like a lion, dontcha know. Rawr!!!!!

We went to Lowes last night just before it closed to buy cabinet screws. Now we discovered we don't have the right size bit. Guess one of us will have to dare to go out in the "storm" after all.

I can't invite patients into my home for some doctor to come over and examine them (nor would I want to). My work has to be done on-site. Interestingly, most of the patients can usually get in when we have a bad snowstorm, even when some staff claim they can't!

While DH can get *some* work done at home, he found there are limits. He was working from home a bit during his recovery from surgery.

I went to the grocery store (Bottom Dollar in Bridgeville) last night, because I legitimately needed groceries. They were actually out of milk! The place rather looked like it had been ransacked. LOL
