A&E has removed the show from the Monday time slot after two episodes and will announce a new time slot "in a few days".

^^^ That's probably to burn off the remaining episodes...it would have to have a miraculous change in viewership to get a 2nd season pickup. So if I was betting, my bet is it's been canned.

Most cable shows usually play all of the episodes that have been filmed without futzing with the schedule. Even if TWK is canned, it's surprising A&E isn't running the 7 or 13 episodes they have to just be done with it.

Monday night @ 10 may have been too 'prime' of a time slot for A&E to have a low ratings show burn off eps. Now Friday or Saturday nights are perfect graveyard waiting rooms.

Such an antiquated model, the production of shows like House of Cards that are released on the internet for on demand viewing is the future.
