I saw a lot of vegetarian meat and fish products last time I was at Lotus, in the freezer case at the back. Couldn't convince my husband to try vegetarian salmon. Darn it.

I would eat cauliflower if it was made out of lamb chops. I wish someone would get on that.

Cauliflower is tasty. Have you ever made buffalo cauliflower? My husband likes it. I am not entuirely satisfied with my recipe, though.
Also, roasted, with gorgonzola and walnuts.

I can tolerate raw cauliflower. I cannot abide cooked. The smell gets to me. It's one of a very few things I just can't force down.
