Holy crap!

Did you take that photo?

I will say that yard work was very pleasurable today. They were maneuvering overhead the whole time!

Pardon the dumb questions, but I've never been to an air show...
Do they cancel, or ground the flights if it rains?
LBE is 62 miles away from my house, and I don't want to drive my daughter all the way there, only to find out the show's been canceled.

The flyer says the show starts at 11am.
Are there multiple Blue Angels shows each day, or do they only do it once?
How do I know what time we can see the Blue Angels?
Again, if I need to drive over an hour, I want to make sure we see them.

Do they serve food & drinks, or do we need to pack our own?

TIA

Maybe these will help...

The Blue Angels close out the show.

Allow PLENTY of time for traffic.... 100,000 people make for lots of hassle on the roads. Your one hour trip can easily double, depending on when you come.

Speaking from past experience...

Yes, weather is always a factor. Even if it's not raining, the ceiling can cause changes. They do have different versions of the show they can put on in case it's not a perfectly clear day.

At one show a long time ago, I remember the Blues performance being stopped halfway through when a thunderstorm blew in. It doesn't sound like there's any danger of that, particularly Saturday. Sunday's forecast is not as good, but it sounds as if the chance of rain will only be late in the day.

There will be other performers too, and they'll be flying at intervals throughout the show. The Blue Angels will the grand finale, so to speak.

There are always many vendors selling food and drinks. Be prepared to pay the sort of prices you'd expect at any event where there's a large captive audience. Actually, it might even be prohibited to bring your own stuff onto the grounds, security being what it is these days.

Also, don't neglect sunblock. Aside from the direct sunlight, you'll get lots of reflection off the pavement.

I'd expect quite a crowd will be there, especially on Saturday. I hope you have a good time.

(I'll be at the WWII Weekend airshow in Reading Pa.)

Drink lots of water. Last time we went, the first aid tent was busy with people who had dehydration due to the sun and heat from the pavement.

The acrobats have been practicing for the past two hours... and there were skywriters (quite cool!).
The Blue Angels should be firing up for another practice run.

Saw them overhead in Bridgeville this afternoon, when I was out riding my horse. They were sky writing about the weekends event.
