Wow. Looks like they are going to address it today, which is a wise move.

"Pittsburgh officials on Monday are planning to address a confrontation between a police officer and a woman Sunday during the Pittsburgh Pride 2014 celebration.
The Delta Foundation, which advocates for lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender people, released a statement saying it is working with city officials to review the incident captured on video by a bystander.
The video shows an officer and the woman engaging in a verbal altercation outside a CVS drug store. The officer grabbed the woman by her hair and punched her several times in the stomach while arresting her.
Bystanders screamed at the officer during the altercation"

After watching that, I gotta say, I think that girl would beat the cop up. I mean, those sad punches didn't do anything and the women actually outmuscled the cop as she stood up with ease. Lucky for the cop he was a cop, or I think he would have gotten beat up. lol

Not the best video to really know what took place beforehand, but when someone says, "what are you doing" to the cop, that about sums it up. What was he doing? Strange behavior. Maybe some time off and counseling would help.

Here's another video with a different view that shows him grabbing her neck first.

She didn't touch him. She stood too close to a protestor. That's it. He walked up to her, grabbed her neck, pushed her away while holding her neck, she fell down, he grabbed her by her hair, and started undercut punching her repeatedly.

Witnesses say she stood too close to a protestor. That's it.

Well, it is probably on video somewhere down there, but I think that is highly unlikely. Maybe she stood took close and was warned to step back and told the officer to stick it. Regardless of what she said, the response was stupid, unless she threw a punch or something physical. If you attack a cop, then all bets are off.
