Yep, the politicians constantly have their hands out for transportation. "Our bridges are crumbling!" The tax payers keep shelling out money and it is the same story every other year. The need for tolls falls along the bust of gambling. Remember how gambling was supposed to solve the property tax issues? I-80 will become a toll road and the government will still find a need to raise transportation funding.

WVA literally moved mountains to expand the L corridor of 19 in a couple of years. The same project would take PA 20 years to complete.
