Rush Limbaugh et al have moved over to WJAS.

The odd men out are Jack Bogut and Bill Cardille as WJAS's former nostalgia format and their old school music lineup is shelved.

I didn't know Bogut was still around. Good move on his part to leave KDKA.

It's really more like "Pop/Rock/Country" these days, isn't it? They changed it to appeal to a younger demographic. And all the men wear cut-off flannel shirts with the requisite black/white "country" hat.

That's who appeals to the liquor companies. Old people listening to traditional country music don't go to stadium concerts or buy a lot of booze.

How sad for those of us who liked the Karen Carpenter channel. I think I shall go throw up my breakfast.

I listen to radio stations from either Youngstown or Philadelphia. Surprisingly, Ohio has some great eclectic music stations.

I think Pittsburgh has a really awful radio market compared to others I've experienced. I thought music radio was much better in Northeast Ohio when I briefly lived there... and I've found interesting stations in Philly and Baltimore.

Philly's WXPN destroys WYEP.
