I am seeking to purchase a home possibly in this area. Not very familiar but many friends suggest it so I need current feedback please. Have to stay in Pittsburgh Public School District. 3-4 Bedrooms, 2 bath, clean, spacious & good closet sizes for starters. Move in ready or minor work preferred. I'm not sure of streets specific to Swisshelm Park versus the rest of 15218 zip code area. Please I would appreciate your input, suggestions and leads. Thanks!

I would suggest searching on realtor.com. It does a comprehensive search of all listings (across agencies) and is easy to use. They have a great mobile app as well.

As for boundaries, I believe the general definition is south of the Parkway (376) and west of Nevada St.

Maybe you need a real estate agent, that is what they are for.

Check Zillow or similar site to see what's available in the area.

I will say that there isn't likely to be many options for 3-4 bedrooms and 2 baths at that price range.

As far as I can tell, this is the only house which meets your specifications on the market right now.

^ This. Yep. The East End is incredibly expensive these days, OP, in case you haven't noticed.

Going to the Howard Hanna site and putting Squirrel Hill as the city and 15218 as the zip will refine the list to Swisshelm Park. I don't think you are going to find what you want for <$135K.

Thank you to everyone who replied to my search request. Yes the markwt is pretty high right now. Just was checking to get feedback since sometimes there are for sale by owner and people in the area may be more helpful.

That home on Love St seems kind of nice for $135K. That area is a bit odd because you can't walk to much from there, so that is why that little area never really had high prices.
