I know when a group of my friends get together to watch a game, we sometimes end up over there because it is easier to get in and out of, and is a nice middle ground for when the group is coming from all over the city.
Yeah, I was wondering if the people who park over there during the week stop by and have a drink or dinner sometimes.

I believe the T is either under or just to the west of Mazeroski Way.

I would imagine that close to the river would present a lot of underground moisture issues you wouldn't want to deal with as well.

But, it's better than a parking lot, and he is paying for it himself!

I don't like the design, but the whole idea is light years better than what's currently in the offing (or being built right now) in the North Shore.

That said, this is clearly aspirational until they find 1-2 anchor tenants.

Probably not too often.

Most commuters are just ready to continue their treks home to Pine Richland after a long day at work during the week, make sure they are at the table when the spouse is ready to serve dinner, then kick back and enjoy some must-see TV.

That's a tad sexist of you don't you think?

Personally speaking, my wife's cooking skills are highly limited. When we were first dating she tried to cook me a portabella mushroom, and just put it in a pan with oil and no seasoning at all. After that, I started doing all of the cooking for us. Now I come home from work with the baby in tow, and somehow try to simultaneously keep him occupied while juggling three different things on the range.

A mushroom, oil, and a pan are three different things on the range.

I mean I'm often boiling water for pasta, have one frying pan which has a veggie side in it, and another with the entree. It can get complicated pretty quick. I'm just glad my son isn't walking yet.
