A much larger then normal number of production (the entire length of Smithfield st & parts of 5th, 6th ave, William penn way & others) vehicles are all over today.

Of course if it was you or if one of your family was involved in an accident due to that situation you would probably be the first person crying. The fact is the amount of wasted gas, additional pollution, and the cost of the lost time for so many people sitting in a mile long backup probably totals many time the value of the whole building. If they worked more hours on the project they would spend a little more money but the saving to the hundreds or thousands of people effected would be hundreds of times that cost. If they dumped some waste products into the river that cost that much to clean up this board would be up in arms. You revealed a lot about yourself with your comment...
