You're, relatively speaking, so incredibly close to so much in Squirrel Hill, home prices more reflect the size/condition of the house than where it is located relative to the Forbes/Murray business district.

This becomes less true the further south you get.

There is no a/c. It looks like there is a window unit right in front of the sink. Also, the flooring in the kitchen is a little weird. Not sure about parking? Looks like no garage or driveway and it is up on a hill.
