I don't know about foreclosure rates, but you can easily find the foreclosed homes on Trulia.com. They are now listing them. Just tick the box that says you only want foreclosures. They are reported on another website called Realtytrak, but they are a paid site (maybe you get a free week), but for the most part I'm just keeping track of my sad little area.

Guys -- it just SUCKS big time out here....

Boardmanite,

Here's a site i found for Trumbull Co. Trumbull County Legal News (http://www.tclegalnews.com - broken link)

They list all homes up for sheriff sale in Trumbull Co. I check it usually once an month and over time the amout of foreclosures have gone up. There used to only be one sale a month, but lately there have been 2 a month. Bidders must pay 2/3 the price of appraisal. There are some real steals out there! Also, if you want to look at previous and current sales you can check out Trumbull County Auditor (broken link). Have fun. I have a real estate addiction.........not buying of course, but like to watch the prices, etc.
