Work started at Morrow Park (Baum and Liberty), anyone know if this is the Bike Share Pittsburgh station or work relating to the new hotel and apartments on the other side of Baum? The area was marked out in paint earlier in the week, also new one call markings all along the area.

Bike Share Pittsburgh site isn't up yet but recent news reports indicate it's supposed to be going live (at least partially) in May (for real this time!).

I think the station will be located in Morrow Park?
This .pdf:

http://www.altaprojects.net/pghmaps/..._Submittal.pdf

has details about that station, but it is from 2013, so I don't know if any details have changed.

Great thanks, I knew they were putting one in Morrow Park but didn't know exactly where. Based on the details in your link this is exactly what they have started working on as this is the exact location that was marked out on the ground and where they've started working today.

I think the Morrow Park apartments that they're building across the street will have a bike room (as well as a pool and indoor/outdoor lounge areas), but pretty sure it's for residents only.

No, this is the bike share program that will start sometime in May, supposedly.
Actual page will be here.

Can this be any more frustrating? It has to go through a practice or test phase, hence its postponement again (I believe early April was the previous target date).

Hopefully it's finally launched in May. Bike sharing is fantastic if done right. I use Divvy religiously.

"Yac" blocked my post of 4/7. Yac was incorrect. What I posted was not advertising. Why did he/she classify it as advertising? Please uncensor my post, yac. I added valuable information to the discussion, and I am a new contributor to city-data, and your action has hindered that.
