Is Mid-Atlantic Basement Systems actually Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing?
Did anyone tried Owens Corning basement system installed by Mid-Atlantic Basement Systems? How was the experience?

I was planning to use the Owens Corning system but online reviews scared me. Quite a few customers said the price can be $55/sq.ft. I scheduled a free estimate next week. Not sure if the quote will be out of my imagination.

The price is outrageous, I can do a basement for 1/3 of what they do them for. Plus it is ugly as can be in my opinion.

I went through this years ago. Basement systems aren't very good in any way. They are ugly AND way overpriced. I don't get it. I think your idea of regrading and then making sure downspouts are correct would be wise. If that isn't helping, then you can get an interior french drain put in. Most companies are using sumps because they are protective for their warrantee and do work. Once you get the basement dry you are good to go with a correct finished basement with drywall and studs. Looks much better than those prefabbed panels.
