I rent and my rent includes water and heat is electric so the best help I can give is that the power company I am billed by is Duquesne Light. Landlord told me that trash collection in Allegheny County is included in the property taxes. I am in the East End/Squirrel Hill. Not sure if there are multiple companies depending on where in the county you are.

I don't know about the majority of people here, but I think verizon is so much better than Comcast.

I have Dish for TV service and have been very happy with it. Comcast is overpriced for what you get and their customer service ca be pretty bad. I have heard Verizon is good if it is available in your area.
