Well Point Park already has a fairly large cafeteria so in theory they don't have to go out for food if they don't want to go out. All the CVS and similar stores in the area already sell a limited, if overpriced, selection of food.

I hope a supermarket does go in, but I also know they've been calling for one for decades and it hasn't happened.

See I don't view this as a positive at all. Not many restaurants are worth that kind of wait time.

Just the wait times. The parking has always been an issue too.

Yes I imagine an extra $5-7 would scare people away from those restaurants down there where they'll be spending $50 at the minimum at many of them.
