How many posters here are shills for the right that hate our government, and would rather complain about taxes than contribute to society?

I mean, besides you and the dude from Butler County...

Taxpayers pay your salary, as well as your taxes. Without us, government workers wouldn't have jobs at all.

I can guarantee you that you contribute nothing to my salary, despite whatever nonsensical fantasies you have about me.

People here are so bereft of empathy that anyone in favor of treating the working poor fairly must be benefitting from that advocacy somehow. Interesting.

Without beer drinkers, people who work for Anheisee Busch wouldn't have jobs either, but beer drinkers have no right to dictate to brewery workers how to live their lives.

If brewery workers are doing a poor job beer drinkers will buy an alternative beer & said workers will be out of a job altogether. Unfortunately government employees suffer no such reprocussions for doing poor work.

Not all, or even most government workers are terrible but the current system sucks when it comes to rewarding the hardest working or punishing the dead weight ones.

I don't see any posts about hating our government. Personally, I hate the corruption and stealing of funds of taxpayer $$$ by politicians that gets found out on a regular basis. That $$$ could certainly contribute to society rather than a politicians pocket. When those that shrug their shoulders at that, the obvious question got asked by Goinback.

I think a lot of jobs out there are merely a stepping stone to something else. I did a ton of grunt work jobs where all I needed was a 8th grade education. I never expected them to pay a "living wage", it was just a stop along the way.
