There's a North Country in Harmony. No need to go to Slippery Rock and Harmony Inn has tv. Nice place to watch the game/s. http://www.northcountrybrewing.com

If you're going to Slippery Rock drive a few more miles as this is better.

I would skip North Country and go to the Ginger Hill Tavern for a game. Ginger Hill is not a brewery but that is a good thing. Lots of tvs, cheap drink specials, and good bar food. I've seen numerous teams represented from patrons.

But the Allegheny isn't the cleanest with lots of acid mine drainage, especially when you get south of Emlenton. Let's not forget the wonderful Beaver River and our issues with air pollution.

Thanks for the brew suggestions. I think I'm going to try the Church since it's near downtown and I can tell mom I went to Church - she'll like that.

Back to the coal burning power plants, it is nice to see them going off line - hopefully its permanent. They decommissioned two of them up here on the lakeshore.
