Thank you!
First, you aren't going to find good quality shoes for that price. Spending over $100 for a decent pair of shoes like Ecco or Cole Haan will pay for themselves as they will last 10x longer as cheap Dockers or Nunn Bush type shoes.

Your best bet is the clearance shoe rack in Burlington downtown. Next try the clearance racks at Littles in Squirrel Hill, but those are only out certain times of the year.

I lucked out at the Waterfront location (forget if it was marshalls or tj, but only one has men's shoes down there so that should narrow it down). Like I said though, it was pure good timing luck & they usually don't have anything worthwhile.

eBay is your friend. You can score a pair of Allen Edmonds for around $100-125 and are excellent for the price.

They will be way better quality than department store shoes.

No, they are not cheap! But they are hand-crafted and will last if properly cared for.

Are they stolen or something?

Go to Macy's or JC Penny and buy a decent pair of shoes. You will save money in the long run when your one pair of good shoes lasts longer than 3 pairs of cheap ones.

I recommend Floorsheims. They run about $100, but the quality is there. They are on sale at Macy's right now for $80.

I mostly wear Ecco shoes, and usually buy them when they are on sale at Nordstrom in July.

Sale price is 100-125, and well worth it as they are comfortable and long lasting.

I recommend the Tanger Outlets in Washington, in particular Bass Outlet Store and Clarks. But there are other shoe stores there. Grove City Outlets has these plus Rockport. I always have luck buying shoes at Outlet Malls.

I was primarily referring to factory seconds but there are always pairs of used AE's that look pretty much brand new popping up with little to no sole wear. Insoles can always be swapped out, too.
