Awesome! I'm a big fan of the nitro iced coffee...I've had it a few times at community events and I'm already hooked

Chanced upon this today. Apparently there is interest in the community in the possibility of rezoning Chestnut Street back into a commercial corridor again. Sounds like some people are a bit hesitant, but the ball is rolling anyway.

That's excellent, thank you...I've heard about this informally but it's good to see a more official write-up. Parking is indeed tricky, but not an insurmountable issue if some of the empty land close by could indeed be repurposed.

I'm especially curious about the fate of 1017 Chestnut Street -- it's been sitting on the market for a while, probably because the asking price is a little high, but sooner or later someone will pick it up. It would be really great for the neighborhood if something like a neighborhood market or deli was put in on the ground floor, but who knows what might happen. I'll miss that old Chuck's Market sign if and when it disappears.
